The Do. Co. North Winds is an open network performance collaborative featuring instrumentalists Kaira Rouer, flute, and Dr. Gary Ciepluch, clarinet. We perform a wide variety of repertoire ranging from early Baroque to 21st-century Avant guard for wedding ceremonies, recitals, private events, and more.
Dr. Gary M. Ciepluch retired in June 2017 as the director of bands and at Case Western Reserve University, conductor for the University Circle Wind Ensemble, and founder/ music director of the Cleveland Youth Wind Symphonies. His teaching responsibilities were in the disciplines of conducting and music education. He has since settled in Sturgeon Bay, WI, where he performs locally with The Do. Co. North Winds, Peninsula Symphonic Band, and guest conduct across the U.S.
